Nikodem Szpunar (Warsaw, Poland) – designer, graduate of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, studied also at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. He designs furniture and interior design items for both industrial and short-series production. In addition to cooperation with the industry, he creates paintings made with his own technique. He was awarded in Good Design (polish award), International Furniture Design Award in Asahikawa (Japan), Make me! and Must Have. He received the title of Designer of the Year 2019 from Arena Design and Designer of the Year 2021 from the Polish Institute of Industrial Design. You could see his design at international fairs, exhibitions, and industry events from Berlin, Milan and London to New York, Hong Kong and Japan. He has been exhibiting his paintings since 2022. At that time, they appeared at the exhibitions in Poland, during the Łódź Design Festival, Targi Rzeczy Ładnych (Beautyful Things Fair) and in the Michał Torzecki Studio and City Gallery BWA in Bydgoszcz. Since 2023 he collaborate with Galerie Sept from Brussels.
