The two designs are part of a complete new signature collection and are inspired by the breaking of light through colour and reflection when viewed from various directions. Rive Roshan’s ongoing explorations of visually shifting objects are the foundation of the experimental carpet designs, and thanks to the outstanding printing technologies of Moooi Carpets a versatile colour spectrum is visible.
Rive Roshan
Rive Roshan is an experimental design studio with a holistic vision and approach towards design. They bridge the gap between graphic, interior and product design disciplines and blur the lines between design and art. Rive Roshan is run by Dutch designer Ruben de la Rive Box and Iranian-Australian designer Golnar Roshan. The studio explores innovative use of materials to design tactile, flexible and engaging products for a progressive generation.
